Confirmation that the robot is suitable for your site and meets your safety and security requirements. Once the project has been approved, we will work with you to prepare for the arrival of the GR100 robot at your site.
Once the safety robot and its charging station have been installed, our engineers map the site, set up checkpoints and initial patrol routes, test the system and make any final adjustments.
Onboarding involves training users on how to use the robot and its management interface. This is followed by a final kick-off meeting before the robot is 100% operational.
We support you in developing your skills and advancing the robot’s missions within your security strategy. Customer service, maintenance, documentation, and emergency technical support are included.
